Training for different sports

We were really lucky to have Mr Klue come in today and set the hall up like a gym. We got to ask heaps of questions for our PE Inquiry projects and also found out about plenty of equipment that can be used to train for speed, skill, stamina, suppleness and strength.
We were all watching carefully
